The mixed concrete is preformed on the steel mold, and then cut into a single piece of cement tile. After that, it is chipped, colored, polished, and mounted on the rack.
Curing the tile takes 10-12 hours, and then the process is completed by demolding it and getting it off the rack.
Different roof tiles can be produced by replacing the extrusion heads and molds.
